The food offered something for everyone, keeping my picky eater kids satisfied. The staff were attentive and the larger-than-expected room added to our comfort.

We had a great stay. The hotel was next to Bierkonig and aqualand el arenal.

The food was AMAZING! From freshly baked pastries to high-quality buffet choices, it was a culinary delight. The indoor pool was unavailable when we wanted to relax 😟

Location: the hotel was really close to the busiest areas of Playa de Palma as well as the sea front. The breakfast offered was great with good options and normal sausages, as example, couldn't have asked for more.

The food was clean and offered a variety that kept our family satisfied for the entire stay. The pool area was amazing! Spacious and clean, it provided a perfect spot for relaxation. We felt welcomed by the friendly staff who always made an effort to address our needs.

The shower setup felt off, lacking a higher rail for comfort. Limited beverage options in the room left something to be desired for a 4-star experience, especially with no coffee or water supply. There also seemed to be a lot of noise from drunk guests at night, disrupting the peace in certain areas.

The room had a fresh, modern design and was cleaned daily. The buffet featured an excellent variety of dishes, keeping my family happy and satisfied every day during our relaxing nights.

The chaos around the pool area was noticeable, especially during peak hours-finding sunbeds was challenging. Some pool tiles appeared old and needed attention. I also ran into issues with the air conditioning not functioning optimally. And while the outdoor spaces were pleasant, they definitely could improve on options for evening entertainment, as the setup felt a bit outdated. An enjoyable experience with some areas that need a bit of work.

We had a lovely 5-night stay. The food was amazing, especially the buffet breakfast! Plenty of options for everyone, even for my lactose intolerance. Staff were super friendly, and I loved the poolside snack bar. One minor bummer was the limited alcohol included at meals. Wish it was a bit more flexible.

The reception area is elegant and spacious, with fine marble floors that add a touch of luxury while ensuring accessibility for seniors throughout the hotel.

Consider more seating options for evening entertainment.
